Crawler Type Hydraulic Concrete Placing Boom

05 August, 2026

This crawler hydraulic concrete placing boom is equipped with self-propelled crawler chassis, featuring excellent terrain adaptability. It can move steadily on muddy construction sites, foundation pits and uneven ground.

The whole machine is driven by full hydraulic system; lifting, slewing and luffing of the boom are hydraulically controlled together with wireless remote control. Operators can precisely adjust pouring positions remotely to realize 360° all-round concrete distribution without blind areas.

The high-strength telescopic boom owns strong load capacity and wide pouring coverage, which avoids frequent disassembly and relocation and greatly cuts labor cost and construction period. Equipped with stable outriggers, the machine is firmly fixed during operation for stable running.

It is widely applied to bridge beam yards, deep basement construction, mountain infrastructure and building projects with complicated working conditions. With high automation, labor-saving and safe operation, it is an ideal equipment for high-efficiency concrete pouring in harsh construction environments.

Application Scenarios of Crawler Hydraulic Concrete Placing Boom

Equipped with crawler chassis, this unit adapts perfectly to muddy ground, soft foundations, bumpy terrain and slopes. It realizes in-situ steering and requires no ground hardening treatment. It is mainly designed for concrete pouring at new construction sites with humid, muddy and complicated landforms.

Building Construction: Foundation Pits & Basement Works

  1. Deep foundation slab and civil air defense foundation of new residential projects The site is covered with soil, ponding and sludge. Wheeled machines tend to get stuck easily, while the crawler model travels freely to finish one-time pouring covering all zones of the foundation pit.
  2. Unhardened temporary working surfaces inside basements The ground stays muddy before floor slab casting. The crawler placing boom can directly enter the pit for construction without laying steel plates for temporary roadbeds.
  3. Zoned pouring for large-scale underground parking lots For scattered construction across multiple zones, the equipment relocates on its own without pipe disassembly or hoisting by tower cranes.

Municipal Bridge & Road Engineering

  1. Foundation pits for bridge piers, bent caps, box girders and abutments The area under bridges features muddy soil, gravel and waterlogged uneven ground. The crawler unit can squeeze into narrow gaps between piers and perform cyclic pouring for multiple pier abutments with high transfer efficiency.
  2. Slope protection and retaining walls of viaducts and overpasses On sloped sites with elevation differences, the crawler delivers strong grip to avoid skidding during travel on gradients.
  3. Internal pouring for comprehensive utility tunnels and box culverts The narrow interior space is damp and muddy. Its compact body and foldable boom move flexibly inside tunnels to cast base slabs and side walls.
  4. Secondary lining of subway tunnels and station foundation pits The tunnels are humid and watery with soft surrounding rock. The anti-slip and anti-sink crawler travels synchronously with lining trolleys for continuous concrete distribution.

Water Conservancy, River & Dam Projects

  1. Pouring for river embankments, flood control dams and cofferdam slope protection Ordinary wheeled equipment sinks readily on soft riverbank soil and sandy wet ground near water, whereas the crawler structure fits riverbank terrain perfectly.
  2. Pump houses, water diversion channels and sluice foundations for reservoirs Water conservancy sites are cluttered and persistently humid. A single crawler placing boom serves multiple scattered structures.
  3. Concrete slope protection construction after river dredging

New Factory Construction Projects

  1. Original ground construction of newly built industrial parks and steel structure workshops The unhardened site consists of plain soil and gravel. The crawler machine drives directly on site to cast floors and independent equipment foundations.
  2. One-time integral pouring for original ground of large logistics yards and parks It moves freely over open soft foundations spanning tens of thousands of square meters to complete continuous large-area concrete placement.

Mining, Backfilling and Industrial & Mining Applications

  1. Backfilling operations in underground/open-pit mines and pouring for tailings ponds Crawler tracks feature excellent wear resistance and robustness for muddy and gravelly mine roads to deliver backfill concrete. It is also applicable to the construction of auxiliary machine rooms, sedimentation tanks and slag retaining walls within mining areas.

Outdoor Engineering

  1. Emergency repair for road collapse and damaged river embankments The equipment rushes to unhardened wild construction sites without pre-site hardening.
  2. Rural highways, small bridges and auxiliary farmland water conservancy projects It adapts to poor rural site conditions and runs smoothly on dirt roads and muddy roads.
